TCG Collectibles LLC operates this website and its internal business application. We collect and access only the information needed to operate our storefront, fulfill orders, and maintain accurate business records.

Information we handle

• Contact and shipping details provided by PayPal after payment approval.
• Order line items and transaction identifiers.
• eBay seller-account, order, fulfillment, financial, and payout information after the business owner authorizes access through eBay OAuth.

How information is used

Storefront information is used for fulfillment and support. Authorized eBay information is used only for TCG Collectibles LLC's internal order review, fulfillment, payout reconciliation, accounting, and business-record purposes. The application is an internal owner-operated business tool, not a public multi-user software service.

Sharing and access

We do not sell eBay user data. Access is limited to authorized business use and to service providers needed to operate the website and business systems. OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in protected server-side configuration and are not exposed through the public website.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business, including restricted access and server-side credential handling. Business records are kept only as needed for operations and applicable accounting, tax, legal, and compliance duties.

eBay account deletion requests

eBay marketplace account-deletion notifications are received through our dedicated compliance process. We use the notification identifiers to locate and delete or de-identify associated personal information when required, while retaining records that must be kept for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations.
