Returns Policy

Sealed product is eligible for return only when factory seal is unbroken and condition matches shipment state.

Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable

• Opened, tampered, or resealed items.
• Damage caused after delivery.

Factory Cases

A factory-sealed case is sold as a sealed collectible unit. Once the original factory carton is opened, it is no longer an unopened factory-sealed case, even if every booster box inside remains sealed. An opened carton does not meet the sealed-case return condition above.

Return Shipping and Original Shipping

For discretionary or customer-choice returns, the buyer pays return shipping and original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent the wrong item or the shipment arrived materially damaged due to fulfillment or shipping, TCG Collectibles LLC covers the appropriate return or replacement shipping cost. When a return is caused by our error, original outbound shipping is refunded as appropriate.

Refused Deliveries

Refused deliveries are handled as discretionary returns. After the merchandise is returned to us and inspected, eligible merchandise may be refunded. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable, and actual return-to-sender carrier charges incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Damage

Contact us through the Contact page within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order details. Provide photographs of the outer shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, and damaged product or product packaging, as applicable. Do not discard the shipping box, packing materials, or damaged product packaging until the claim is resolved. We review each claim; a damage report does not automatically result in a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
